    • All order in all over USA (Lower 48 States) qualify for free delivery.

  2. Shipping Outside Fireplace Premium Delivery Zones:

    • Orders shipped beyond Fireplace Premium delivery zones will use LTL or Common Carrier services. 

  3. Service Selection:

    • Unless customers specify a preferred carrier, Fireplace Premium will select the most economical shipping service.

Merchandise Returns
At Fireplace Premium, we ensure a smooth return process. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:

  1. Return Authorization:

    • Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by the Fireplace Premium Customer Service Department. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  2. Restocking Fee:

    • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  3. Timeframe for Returns:

    • Returns must be processed within 30 days of the invoice date and within 7 days of receiving the RA number.

  4. Customer Responsibility:

    • Customers are responsible for all return freight charges.

  5. Return Condition Requirements:

    • Items must be new, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  6. Exclusions:

    • Special orders and non-stock items are not eligible for returns.
